Plum Porter is our infamous, strong, dark porter that has re-defined the sector. A well-rounded speciality porter with a sweet, fruity nose. Notes of plum & other stone fruits are present throughout, balanced against a delicate blend of classic hops.

Our March brewery collaboration sees us team up with a brewery that needs no introduction. Cloudwater are absolute titans in the British brewing scene, so for this recipe, we took inspiration from a truly historical style and made Gentleman's Agreement, a 5.8% Ruby Mild.

Hopped with 3 varieties of new world hops, set against a malt backbone of 5 different malts Maris the Otter is a complex modern take on English Bitter. Named in homage to both Maris Otter, the most supreme of brewing grains, which celebrates its 50th birthday in the launch year of Brew York (2016) and the Otter that inhabits the river Foss directly behind the Brew York Craft Brewery.

4% Classic Bitter Named after the aspiring Marples of Thornbridge Hall, this classic British bitter tastes of honey and caramel. A surprising smoothness is met with a long bitter finish.

Brewed with all gold ingredients - Golden Promise Pale Malt, Golden naked oats, First Gold Hops, with a Willamette hop finish. Fresh, clean flavour with a hint of grapefruit citrus from the Willamette.

A classic, American style pale ale. Our Pride & Joy is pale, crisp, very hoppy and aromatic. Robust hop flavours are layered over a balanced malty backbone. Initially soft to the palate, Pride & Joy builds to a generous, but clean bitterness. Flavours and aromas of mango, citrus, earthy pine, tropical.

Floral, Golden Ale. Centennial and Simcoe bring apricot and sorbet notes. Wheat malt imparts a creamy mouthfeel to deliver a subtly sweet finish.

India Pale Ale was traditionally brewed strong with plenty of hops and the multi award winning Green Devil IPA carries this to new heights. Double hopped with 100% USA sources Citra hops, Green Devil is very much the big brother of Oakham's Citra.

A trendsetter in the brewing industry; the original Summer ale brewed all year round. An extremely pleasant bitter, straw coloured beer with a terrific fresh, hoppy aroma. This, coupled with an intense bitterness, leads to an excellent long, dry finish.

This is a truly legendary beer. Silver King has been a firm favourite since we first brewed it over 25 years ago. A national champion, this invigorating and timeless blend is perfectly balanced from the first sip to the last. Crisp, refreshing, citrusy. This beer is also gluten-free.

We like our charts with extra... edge. Yeah, that’s right. Out the box. Dynamic. That spread sheet don’t know what hit it. This is a quad-hopped quaffer,with Centennial, Luminosa, Sabro & Talus so expect herby stone fruits and creamy pine. Mmm.

This is our take on a table beer. We pulled every trick in the book to give this beer as much body as possible, then gave it a generous flameout edition of Simcoe and double dry-hopped with Simcoe T-90s. The result is a beer with a surprising body for the abv acting as a fantastic canvas for all the fruity and piney notes of Simcoe to shine.

DDH Hazy Pale brewed for International Women's Day. Citra, Mosaic, Cascade, Riwaka, Nectaron & El Dorado. Big-time tropical notes.

Dry hopping with Krush, Casade, Citra and Cashmere adds notes of white peach, melon, citrus and tropical fruit.Juicy melon, peach and citrus over soft malt, finishing clean and refreshing. Smooth, gently creamy with balanced bitterness.

Rosie's Pig is an easy drinking cloudy cider with a fresh apple flavour with hints of citrus and spice. Perfect served with Great British foods such as roasts, pies and bangers & mash.

You'll never get caught in the rain with this deliciously fresh and cool Piña Colada cider. Pineapple, rum, and coconut are all blended with our crisp Somerset cider. Escape with this smooth, sweet and summery delight.

Lukas is straw blonde, full-bodied yet sparklingly light. This Helles exudes a subtle, freshly baked bread maltiness, balanced with an elegant noble hop aroma.
