Richard passed away last week at the age of 87. A club stalwart, Richard played for the Club from late 50’s through to 1983, including 1st team vice captain for 4 seasons.
He was responsible for setting up the very first bar at the Club! In 1972 at our old clubhouse at West Park. I met him a few times at Club dinners late 80’s and through 90’s - very nice guy who was always interested in the 1’s & the Club as a whole.
